To register to
use the zip line, fill out the linked form below or call the
office. Half of the payment must accompany the
registration form. The balance is due one week prior to
jump date along with the final number of jumpers. Due to
staffing concerns this number may not be increased on date
of zip-lining.
Refunds are dependant upon the date of cancellation. With
the exception of no shows on the day of the jump, there will
always be the option to book an alternate date.
If Camp Sequanota cancels due to weather or other conditions, at
your direction, a full refund may be issued or the fee may be
applied to another date. Every attempt will be made to
determine the need to cancel a day's jump either Friday evening
or early Saturday morning.
Waiver forms must be signed be all participants and by parents
or guardians of those under 18. Waivers should be turned in
at least one week prior to the jump date. Waiver forms can
be downloaded from the link below or will be sent after the
registration form is received in the office. |
