Tiered Pricing - Why 3 Prices?
Pricing
Our tiered pricing model allows families to recognize the true cost of camp and decide for themselves the payment level most appropriate for their circumstances. The selection is made freely by each family and doesn't require validation of any kind. Regardless of the selection a family makes, their camper will receive the same experience.
Tier III
True Cost: $800
For families who are blessed to be able to contribute at this level, Tier 3 reflects what it costs for Sequanota to offer a week of camp for one camper. This includes the cost of everything: from insurance to staffing to food.
Tier II
Direct Cost: $650
For families who are able, Tier 2 reflects a payment closer the the true cost of camp. This covers the direct costs of a week of camp for a camper: programming, food, and summer staff.
Tier I
Partially Subsidized Cost: $500
Sequanota is committed to keeping camp available to everyone. Our Tier I price is partially subsidized to allow more families to send their children to camp.
Our Goals

- To serve all community income levels.
- To preserve camp for generations to come.
Again, this program is voluntary and in no way influences the experience anyone will receive. It offers the opportunity for families/individuals to take an active roll in supporting the true cost of any camp experience at Sequanota!
For those who cannot afford Tier I, additional financial assistance is available to ensure that all children, youth and adults have the wonderful opportunity to attend camp.

Weekly Camp Highlights
- "Family" is a loose term at Tend -- You choose the people in your cabin group and get-away at camp for a safe, fun, all-inclusive vacation.
- Specialty Week (Week 5) -- Dedicate time daily to pursue a speciality area: Art, Archery, STEM, Music. Qualified instructors will provide daily guidance as campers explore a passion.
- Theme Week (Week 8) -- Bring along some special gear to dress up for daily themed meals!
Discount and Incentive Programs
*Early Bird Special: Register by April 1, 2026 for the lowest registration fee! After April 1st, the Tier I registration fee increases 10% of the Tier I price.
Multi-Week Discount: For families registering more than one camper (or one camper for more than one week), take off:
$15 for the second camper (or week), $25 for the third, $35 for the fourth ...
No member of the Allegheny Synod will be excluded from this ministry on the basis of financial need! Please contact the Sequanota office or your pastor to talk about Campership possibilities.
