Summer Staff

High school, college age, and adult summer staff are hired for positions based on experience and ability. Spending a summer at Sequanota is hard work, but hundreds of staff that came before would say that it's the the best summer job ever! Over the summer, staff members hone their leadership and community building skills, grow in their faith, and gain deep and lasting friendships. We encourage you to apply for a position on our summer ministry staff.


Steps for Summer Employment

1. Choose a position that matches with your gifts. Look at our available positions and their descriptions on the staff dashboard and decide the position for which you'd like to apply.

2.  Complete the application form. All applications will be submitted using the online staff dashboard. Once you have started an application, you may return to it through the Staff Dashboard.

3.  Personal Interview. After an application has been submitted, the Sequanota staff will arrange to have a personal interview with you. The interview will be completed in person if possible, but may also be conducted via telephone or Zoom if necessary.

4.  Follow up after the interview. Following the interview process the staff will make selections and notify the applicants promptly whether they are hired or not. If accepted, formal contracts will be signed. We ask applicants to notify us immediately of any changes prior to signing a contract.
