Take this time to check-in with yourself, assess your health, and learn something new. Our nutritional focus will be based on author Michael Pollan’s idea “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.” Chef Andi Luscher and Susan Barclay will help us apply healthy habits to our daily lives while we learn the art of creating sourdough, yogurt, bone broths, and of course tasty vegetables. Elizabeth Hunsberger will stretch your faith with daily, Christian focused, yoga for all abilities. Please bring a mat if you have one. Embrace your creative side with guided painting lead by Beth Thomas. Sequanota staff will nurture our spirits with Bible study at the prayer labyrinth and creative worships.
