Capital Campaign

Since the launch of the “Framing Faith for the Future” capital campaign we have raised just over $1,000,000 towards our $1.2 million goal! We are hoping this spring to launch the congregation appeal in many of the churches in Clearfield, Nittany and Blair/Huntingdon conferences. We will be continuing to seek out volunteers for this campaign throughout the rest of the synod.

The goal for the next year is to raise about $250,000 to complete the Framing Faith for the Future Capital Campaign. The property committee is hoping to have this amount promised by the end of the summer of 2021 so that we can begin building the pool bath house, new shop and nurses area.  However, all of this is subject to receiving the financial support. The Sequanota board is committed to not moving forward with projects without adequate financial support. Please consider a gift to the capital campaign. Pr. Nathan and the capital campaign team are willing to come and share information to congregations, interested groups and families about how we hope to continue the ministry of Sequanota.

If we have not been to your congregation yet, please consider volunteering for some part of this campaign in your local setting. We will be offering more 90 minute training sessions. Most of these volunteer positions include about 10 hrs. of volunteering spread over several weeks. Please consider helping Sequanota continue its mission of “framing faith” in the lives of youth and adults through the Allegheny Synod.
